The terms that apply when creating profiles and publishing property pages with ListFol.io.
Using ListFol.io
You must provide accurate account and listing information and use the service only for lawful real estate marketing. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to publish all property descriptions, photographs, trademarks, and contact information you upload.
Listing purchases
Published listing packages are one-time purchases for one property page. Agent profile setup is free. Features and photo limits depend on the package assigned to the listing.
Listing accuracy
Agents remain responsible for property accuracy, required disclosures, fair-housing compliance, advertising rules, and MLS or brokerage requirements. ListFol.io does not independently verify listing information.
Availability
We work to keep property pages available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be updated when necessary to improve reliability, security, or usability.
Acceptable use
You may not use ListFol.io for spam, deceptive listings, unlawful discrimination, malicious software, unauthorized data collection, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
