Information we collect

We collect information agents provide when creating an account or profile, publishing a property page, and managing leads. Buyer inquiry forms collect the contact details and message the buyer chooses to submit.

How information is used

We use this information to operate ListFol.io, display agent and property pages, deliver inquiries to the appropriate agent dashboard, maintain security, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

Property inquiries

Inquiry information is shared with the agent responsible for the property page. Buyers should avoid submitting sensitive financial or identity information through a listing inquiry.

Listing analytics

Published property pages use first-party analytics to measure page views, anonymous unique visitors, referral sources, general device type, gallery activity, sharing, and contact actions. A randomly generated browser identifier may be stored locally to avoid counting repeated visits as separate people. ListFol.io does not store a visitor’s raw IP address for listing analytics or sell analytics information.

Data retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting ListFol.io through the contact information associated with your account.
